We try as far as possible to ship goods on the same day as parts are ordered, but there are restrictions from freight companies which mean that goods may not be shipped on the day of order.

Shipping modes are truck (Schenker, DHL, DSV, etc.), Mail Packet and Express Package (UPS, Jetpak, etc.).

Orders received before 12:00 (midday)

Stocked spare parts ordered before 12:00 are sent on the same day as often as possible. Freight companies receive goods for further transportation in the afternoon and evening.

Orders received after 12:00 (midday)

Cranab will accept shipping orders, but they will not be collected until the next working day. Even if shipping is ordered, shipping companies plan this freight for transportation the next day. Even if the goods enter the big terminals in Umeå, it will be there until the next working day. Here you can count on an extra day of shipping.

There are two general exceptions:

The last ordering time for postage packages weighing less than 30kg is 13:30 with Jetpak (Express Freight), which has no delays. This shipping method is fast but costly.
